Elaine Ethier has worked in banking her entire career and holds insurance/investment licenses. In 1988 Elaine accepted the position of Director of Lending for NAPUS FCU. At the time, the Credit Union had assets of less than $30 million and loans of less than $10 million. During her tenure she was instrumental in growing the assets of the credit union to approximately $300 million and loans to $280 million. Her work at NAPUS FCU included implementing new products, services and technologies, which included mortgage and commercial lending, to a nationwide membership.

Throughout the years, Elaine has helped many new businesses get started and as the businesses grew acted as an advisor to insure success. When the family decided to start their own company, Elaine was anxious to get involved and use her prior experiences to help the company succeed.
