Our primary focus is for individuals who rent their homes directly, not through a realty company, but such as those using VRBO and for remote owners who do not rent their homes at all. However the handyman services apply to any homeowner.

SERVICES for SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES

  • Check-in/Let-in services - preform regular walk-through visual inspection of propeny for any signs of operational system malfunctions, weather damage, vandalism, environmental concerns, rental related damages, etc. Let in of owner resourced vendors and re-securing the facility afterwards.
  • Scheduled preventative maintenance inspections - perform inspections, on frequency desired by owners, of operational systems, interior and exterior signs of weather or age related concerns, water intrusion, crawl space, attic, smoke detectors and testing GFCI protective devices.
  • System repairs - offer in-house handyman-type repair services.
  • Concierge services - turn on water heater, HVAC, stock refrigerator.
  • Perform operational system, efficiency, and security audits.
  • Pool maintenance.
  • Landscape lighting.
  • Storm debris removal.
